Warranty

Every product sold by SmartHome Utilities is backed by our quality guarantee. We stand behind the products we sell and want you to have complete peace of mind with your purchase.

1-Year Limited Warranty

All products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers: hardware failures caused by manufacturing defects, components that stop functioning under normal use, and products that do not perform as described in the product specifications. We will repair or replace the defective product at no charge.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover: damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications; normal wear and tear; damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted conditions; cosmetic damage such as scratches; and products with removed or altered serial numbers.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@smarthomeutilities.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect. Our team will respond within 1 business day to guide you through the process.

Extended Warranty

Some products are eligible for an extended 2-year warranty. Check the product page for eligibility. Extended warranty coverage can be added at the time of purchase for a small additional fee.

Warranty Service

Warranty service is provided by SmartHome Utilities directly. For products under manufacturer warranty, we will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf. All warranty replacements are shipped free of charge within the United States.
